Pack For The Track Cooking Class Featuring Hinchtown Hammerdown
THURSDAY | MAY 12 | 6PM | 21+ | FREE
In Indianapolis, the month of May is all about racing. Which also means that IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe’s Flat12 collaboration beer, Hinchtown Hammerdown, has hit shelves and taps all around Indiana. This crisp and refreshing pilsner-style beer makes for some tasty, easy drinking, and now we’re going to show you how to turn it into some tasty eats.
Thursday, May 12th, master your track day culinary skills with a craft beer cooking class taught by professional chef, Paul Haveck, of Indianapolis’ Cerulean. Using Hinchtown Hammerdown, Haveck will teach the class how to make the ultimate home-packed track day lunch that’s a serious upgrade from brown bagging it. Not only will the hands-on cooking class teach you how to cook with Hinchtown Hammerdown, the class will teach you about pairing beer, as the entire meal is designed to pair perfectly with James Hinchcliffe’s pilsner-style brew. Come out to the Indianapolis taproom for an adventurous culinary experience, as we sample food, drink some brews, and explore the possibilities of experimenting with food and beer.
