Lacto-Matic Milk Stout – ends and then begins again

POSTED ON: February 4, 2013 by

Lacto-Matic Milk Stout will not be available for a few months. “Awww man. What a bunch of crap! My favorite brew.”

“What gives?”, you ask. Our brewers had to make a few choices in the name of balancing quality production with the fun and interest of a varied line-up. Lacto will be back as mentioned, as a seasonal. Having a set of seasonal beers will allow us to produce a wider range of styles for bottle and draft without damaging our ability to consistently deliver our house beers to all the places you like to drink.

To reset, here’s what that house line-up and seasonal line-up looks like in 2013.
House
Upside Down Blonde (Coming very soon in bottles)
Hello my name is Amber
Pogue’s Run Porter
Walkabout Pale Ale
Half Cycle India Pale Ale

Seasonal
Nunmoere Black American Black Ale
Cucumber Kolsch Style Ale
Flat Jack Pumpkin Ale
Lacto-Matic Milk Stout

Specialties
We’ll have a whole bunch of ‘em. Smaller batch stuff, like Glazed Ham Porter, that our guys can’t resist brewing.

That’s the plan. Hopefully our production capabilities will allow us to produce enough of each of these specialty beers, including the Lacto to keep you and yours happy, plus give us a platform to produce a range of bottled and draft beer that we haven’t to date. If you have any thoughts on the matter, don’t hesitate to comment here or come visit us at the brewery. We love company. We appreciate your feedback and support.

Love the lacto-matic brew, drinking one now while I’m waiting on my homebrew wort to cool.
