Here at Flat12, we live by a simple premise. We believe in ourselves and we believe in you. When you walk into the brewery, you’ll see this posted. What that means is we believe in helping others and sharing what we know and love with each other. We call this notion ‘Hopstar Karma’. Think ‘Pay it Forward’.
Hopefully by being interested in Hopstardom, you (will) love our beer (since we can’t sell it to you until this fall) and hopefully, we can earn a little Flat12 love from you..but first, we’d like to give a little love to you.
You see, our approach to marketing is really very simple.
You + The Beer = The Flat12 Brand
Although being a Hopstar is simple, it does come with some awesome responsibility. Yep, it’s true, we are going to ask you to do a few things. Now no groaning, it isn’t anything you won’t like:
- Be yourself.
- Don’t let friends drink bad beer.
- Help us build this brand by putting YOUR thumbprint on everything we do (or at least get involved in the things you are interested in). This is your beer, your brand. Not ours…our job is to just implement what YOU want!
- Be our ambassador at-large…Wherever and however you’d like. After all, it’s your brand! Hey, if you truly care then please share! That’s what Hopstars do, right? Plus, we’ll never ask anything we won’t do ourselves.
