12 WAYS TO CONSUME CUCUMBER KÖLSCH


1) CUCUMBER KOLSCH MICHELADA

Stay cool as a cucumber this summer with this Mexican-inspired cocktail, a beer bloody mary!

INGREDIENTS (8 Servings)

  • 1 32-oz. bottle chilled Wilks & Wilson Bloody Mary Mix (or your favorite brand)
  • 3 12-oz. cans chilled Cucumber Kolsch beer
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Lime wedges 
  • Cucumber slices for serving

PREPARATION

Mix bloody mary mix and Cucumber Kolsch in a large pitcher. Rub rims of pint glasses with lime wedges and dip in Old Bay. Fill glasses with ice, add Michelada mixture, garnish with a cucumber slice and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Cucumber Kolsch
  • 1/3 Cup Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup of Sugar
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • Popsicle Mold
  • Cucumber Shavings (optional)

PREPARATION: Mix all together in a pitcher or measuring cup with a spout, stir until sugar has dissolved. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours. Run molds under hot water until the popsicles release.
